Just wanted to say a big thank you for the replacement wine label that you sent for my friends birthday. I really appreciate it. For some reason the 1st one I ordered arrived with a slight rip - must have got ripped in the post. I emailed to tell you and you sent a replacement out to me the next day. I was really impressed and most places would have said "well its not our fault it got ripped that is your problem" but you didn't. My friend loved the bottle of wine and is showing it off to everyone who comes in to her house. She has drank the wine but kept the bottle with the label on. I will definetely shop with you again as I buy a lot of personalised gifts. I have also recommended you to my family, friends and work colleagues.

Firstly, a really HUGE thank you for the Personalised Diabetic Chocolate bar.  My dad likes to think he's a bit of a hard nut but he was moved to tears by this.  It looks fab - professional and personal.  It was better than we could have hoped and the photos don't do it justice.  Secondly, the Wish Boxes are just gorgeous.  I have never seen anything like them before, a lovely idea and a wonderful keepsake…will definitely recommend your service to friends and family.  I only hope you get the work you deserve, it's brilliant.
