SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The cost of delivery will be automatically calculated upon checkout and is determined by your total order value. Delivery charges are as follows:

- We aim to despatch all orders within 5 working days. However, it may occasionally take a little longer, so we would ask customers to allow up to 10 working days for delivery of standard orders. If we anticipate a delay beyond 10 days, we will inform you via email. For items that are ordered from our 'seasonal' pages, final order deadlines will apply (please see the footnotes at the bottom of the seasonal pages).
- Orders weighing 1.25kg or less will be despatched by first class post, orders weighing above 1.25kg will be despatched by standard parcel post.
- If you need to receive an order urgently, we may be able to arrange next working day delivery for an additional £4.00 (for UK orders processed before 2pm). Please email before ordering to confirm the availability of this service.
- If an item is required at short notice for cific date (i.e. for a Birthday) please let us know and we’ll do our utmost to help. However, unless you wish to pay for special delivery (see above) we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
- Delivery charges stated are for UK delivery only – please email for details/charges for overseas shipping.
