- We aim to despatch all orders within 5 working days (with the exception of special commissions). However, it may occasionally take a little longer, so we would ask customers to allow up to 10 working days for delivery. If we anticipate a delay beyond 10 days, we will inform you via email.
- Orders weighing 1.25kg or less will be despatched by first class post, orders weighing above 1.25kg will be despatched by standard parcel post.
- If you need to receive an order urgently, we may be able to arrange next working day delivery for an additional £4.00 (for UK orders processed before 2pm). Please email before ordering to confirm the availability of this service.
- If an item is required by a specific date (i.e. for a Birthday) please let us know and we’ll do our utmost to help. However, unless you wish to pay for special delivery (see above) we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
