- We’re sorry but we cannot despatch any item until payment has been received and cleared (cheques).
- We reserve the right to refuse any message that we consider to be offensive and any pictures or photographs that may be inappropriate.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that any media submitted is free from commercial copyright
- On rare occasions, we may need to amend your requested wording slightly to fit with graphic/design layout. We will always keep this to an absolute minimum and strive to ensure that the sentiment of your message is not altered in any way.
- Whilst we make every effort to process and despatch orders with all possible speed we regret that we cannot accept responsibility if an item fails to arrive by the required date.
- With the exception of faulty goods, we cannot refund return postage & packing costs and we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost in return transit to us.
- For non-personalised goods you have a statutory 7 day cooling off period during which time you may return the goods for a full refund. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee still applies to all our products.
